detailed description, list and requirements for the performed works, terms and conditions of the framework agreement, as well as the requirements to the participants, are contained in the procurement documentation posted on the official website and free of charge to any member in Electronic form at the same time as this notice.

In order to participate in the competitive preliminary selection it is necessary to submit the application prepared in the manner specified in the procurement documentation in due time.

The participant in the application represents the enforcement of obligations connected with participation in competitive preliminary selection and submission of the application. The procurement documentation provides more detailed requirements for the provision of collateral.

The organizer, by the decision of the Purchasing Commission, has the right to refuse to conduct a competitive pre-selection at any time before the date and time of the deadline for submission of applications for participation in the purchase, without incurring any liability to Participants or third parties to whom such action may bring losses. All participants who have registered their participation in the competitive preliminary selection through the ETP will receive corresponding notices in the order established by the rules of this system. Upon expiry of the period of cancellation of the competitive purchase (date and time of expiry of the application period) and prior to the conclusion of the framework agreement, the organizer has the right to cancel the purchase only in case of force majeure in accordance with Civil law.

Framework agreements based on competitive pre-selection will be concluded in accordance with the terms of the procurement documentation
