Payment terms:Payment under the Agreement shall be made by Sublicense within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the moment of receipt from Licensee of the rights to use the SOFTWARE on the basis of the Act-acceptance of transfer of rights to use of COMPUTER programs and the account issued by the Licensee For payment.

Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
