Payment terms:Payment under the Agreement is made by the Sublicensee within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Licensee of the rights to use the software on the basis of the Acceptance Certificate of the transfer of rights to use computer programs and the invoice issued by the Licensee for payment

Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
