| Payment terms: | The Customer pays for the services actually rendered by the Contractor within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing by both Parties of the relevant act on the provision of services and the receipt by the Customer of the original invoice, duly drawn up.
If the procurement participant is a small and medium-sized enterprise, then payment is made within 15 (fifteen) working days after both Parties have signed the relevant service provision act and the Customer has received the original invoice. |
