Payment terms:Payments for the supplied products are made by the Buyer in the order of 100 (one hundred) percent payment after receipt of the provision of services to the Buyer, by transferring funds on the invoice to the Supplier's settlement account. The funds are transferred to the Supplier's settlement account within 30 (Thirty) calendar days after signing the documents on receipt of the service by the Buyer.
Delivery terms:The next day from the date of receipt of the application for the provision of the service.

Comments:
The supplier has the right to offer its own cost of the goods, which will be considered by the customer. A prerequisite is the relevance of the offer, before summing up the results of the purchase, as well as compliance with the deadlines for the provision of services. Suppliers, in case of recognition of the best price, undertake to conclude a supply contract with the buyer, in the form posted in the procurement documentation and on the terms proposed during the procurement procedure. The contract is posted in the purchase documentation. The signing of the contract must be carried out within the time specified on the trading platform. A mandatory requirement for the consideration of the application is the provision of documents:
1. Commercial offer (with indication of delivery dates)
2. Statutory documents (including the staffing table, the lease agreement of the legal address, official information about the forces by which the material is supplied (own equipment, quantity, or a lease agreement with a hired organization)
