Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The rent is paid by the Lessee by transferring funds to the Lessor’s current account specified in this agreement, monthly within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the receipt of the invoice, invoice and signing by the authorized representatives of both parties of the Act of services rendered.
Delivery terms:Lease terms: from 15 days to 6 months.
Proposals of providers fulfilling the following conditions are accepted for consideration:
1. The submitted offer contains an agreement signed by the provider (Letter of Consent with the terms and conditions of the agreement, Appendix 2.2), without disagreement.
2. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law, on his own and at his own expense (if necessary, these procedures)
3. The Supplier provides access to the Supplier's production facilities to the Buyer's expert group for conducting a technical audit;
4. The supplier provides the following documents with the Goods:
- Mandatory to provide
Passport with instruction manual;
- Certificate of acceptance;
- Inspection act;
- Assembly drawing with dimensions for emergency work;

5. The customer has the right to conduct a random inspection of the final product before signing the Acceptance Certificate
6. The customer reserves the right to conduct a supplier audit
All documentation is provided in Russian. In the case of the supply of imported equipment, the Lessee, at his own expense, translates the documentation into Russian.
This can be clarified.
All equipment must remain operational at -45 ° C, fire and explosion hazard and acid resistant performance, comply with NACE, API and / or GOST standards. Compliance with DNV standards will be an advantage. At the facility for the provision of Services, there must be spare parts, materials, tools and accessories necessary for the maintenance of equipment for the entire period of the provision of services, and for ongoing repairs.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
The validity of the suppliers' proposal is at least 6 months.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. The pricing mechanism should be unchanged for the entire delivery period.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
