Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

1. Acceptance of applications for participation in the tender takes place on the electronic platform B2B-Center to 16.11.2018 15-00. To the application it is necessary to attach a scan of filled information about the applicant, a scan of completed qualifying questionnaire on Pbito with appendices and experience of rendering of similar services (performance of works).
2. Access to the technical and commercial part of the tender documentation as well as to the draft contract will be carried out after the inspection of the participants before 23.11.2018 15-00
3. Term of submission of tender offer and opening of technical part of tender offers of applicants-07.12.2018 14-15
4. The date of the regrind will be indicated additionally.
5. The cost of offers is specified in rubles for the full amount of services (performed works) without VAT.
6. Commercial offers without the necessary applications according to the instructions to the applicant (clause 14) may not be admitted to the procedure.
