Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Dear Suppliers!

1. Payment terms - according to the specified conditions for Lots 1 and 2.

2. Consent to perform work in accordance with the terms of the Terms of Reference.

3. Confirm the transportation of bales for 1 trip in the amount of no more than 36 pieces (exceeding this number leads to a violation of the permissible dimensions of the transported cargo).

4. Confirm that the cost of transporting 1 bale of straw includes all costs of delivery and organization of processes.

5. Confirm the completion of work within the period from 08/07/2021 to 08/15/2021.

6. Confirm the minimum number of flights per day - 1 flight.

7. Attach a list and number of vehicles for transporting straw (indicating the brand, year of manufacture, state number, ownership / lease, attach a title or a lease agreement).

8. Confirm that the vehicles are equipped with exhaust flame arresters, cargo ties and a fire extinguisher.

9. Consent to the execution of work at the request of the Customer, idle transport due to bad weather and a pause in work is not paid.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
