Requirements for participants:
1. Experience (over the past 5 years) in the construction of residential multi-storey buildings, documented (acts in the form of KS14).
This announcement is not an invitation to participate in an auction

No. 94-FZ "On placing orders for the Supply of goods, performance of works, provision of services

The buyer is a commercial organization that does not fall under the
Federal Laws No. 94-FZ "On Placing Orders for the Supply of Goods, Performance
of Works, Provision of Services for State and Municipal Needs" and No. 223-FZ "On Procurement
of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities".
All actions on the request and receipt of commercial offers before the
signing of the contract are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the buyer
that exceed the listed obligations in the posted terms
of a potential purchase."
