1.1. from a legal entity:
¾ copies of constituent documents;
¾ copy of the certificate of state registration/sheet of the register of the Unified State Register of Legal Entity on making an entry on the establishment of legal entities;
¾ copies of documents certifying the authority of the person signing contracts by the counterparty (minutes of the meeting of participants on election as director; order on appointment of the director or other person, on the basis of the statute or power of attorney to make transactions, the document defining the powers of the intermediary: $ agency agreement or assignment agreement, power of attorney, etc.);
¾ copy of the balance sheet on the last reporting date with the mark of the tax authority, (when concluding contracts of sale, donation, exchange of property, loan, pledge, guarantee, assignment of claims, transfer of debt, making a contribution to the authorized capital);
¾ copy of the license and other documents confirming the right of the party under the contract to carry out the activities that are the subject of the contract;
¾ copy of the decision of the authorized management body on the conclusion of the contract;
¾ copy of the notification of the tax authority on the transition of the counterparty to the simplified system of taxation.
1.2 from an individual entrepreneur acting without the formation of a legal entity:
¾ passport data (full name, place of issue, place of registration);
¾ notarized copy of the certificate of registration as an entrepreneur without forming a legal entity;
¾ copy of the notification of the tax authority on the transition of the counterparty to the simplified system of taxation.
