Participation in this bidding procedure is free of charge.
Request for proposals will be held from 03.12.2019 to 10.12.2019 to 15:00 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after completion of regular time.
The participant is obliged to attach at the site b2b-center.ru:
1. Agreement on non-disclosure of trade secrets and NDA in PDF format (Appendix 2);
2. The counterparty card (Appendix №4 of tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF by uploading documents to ETP
3. The participant's questionnaire, qualification criteria (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP; For each item the information on qualification is filled in separately. With the application of the resume of employees, with the portfolio of their works in electronic format PDF by uploading documents to the ETP
The signed original NDA and the consent of non-disclosure of trade secrets in two copies must be sent to: 109029, g. Moscow, str. Average Kalinnikovskaya, d. 28, page 4 in the name of Malekova Guzel until 10.12.2019 inclusive.
Tender documentation forms can not not be adjusted (addition/removal of lines, wording modification) by the Participants.
