Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt of a payment invoice duly drawn up from the Supplier from the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (work) within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of work, provision of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Act (Act of the performance of services, work) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
The participant in the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals for the purposes of making payments under the agreement, in respect of which a request for proposals was made
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out on DDP terms, in a single lot, by forces and at the expense of the Supplier. The products must be new, not used. The packaging of the Goods must ensure the complete safety of the Goods during transportation by all means of transport, including transshipment.
Comments: Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without bearing responsibility
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' bids shall be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Attention: The procurement participant must attach a commercial proposal and technical description of the Goods with the signature of the responsible person, quality certificate and certificate of conformity, an official dealer agreement, a signed copy of the questionnaire and constituent documents (the list of necessary documents is indicated in Appendix No. 3
Attention: The technical and commercial proposal must contain:
- Commercial part (cost of the Goods, including delivery, terms of payment, cost excluding VAT, etc.);
- Delivery time of the Goods, taking into account its delivery to the place of delivery;
- Product warranty period;
The format of the commercial proposal is attached (Appendix No. 1). The commercial proposal is sent in two versions: signed by an authorized representative and in editable format
