Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment hereunder shall be made by the customer upon completion of the supplier of his obligations under the contract within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the documentary evidence, to perform his obligations under the contract by the supplier, on the invoice issued by the Supplier account and invoice (if any) and receive the customer the documents referred to in paragraph 9.1. the Treaty, as well as the original call tag (form Torg-12) invoice (form t-1).
Delivery terms:
the basis for delivery hereunder is the Order of the customer. The customer produces Order based on agreed Specifications (Appendix 1), which is an integral part of this agreement, which provides for a list of supplied goods assortment and prices.
Delivery of goods must be effected within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of submission of the order by the customer.
