Цена Оборудования является фиксированной до 31.12.2015 года.
В цену Оборудования включены расходы Поставщика на ее транспортировку до места нахождения Покупателя и разгрузку, стоимость тары и упаковки, страхование, а также иные расходы, произведенные Поставщиком для исполнения обязательств по Договору, ЗИП.
Оплата стоимости Оборудования осуществляется в следующем порядке:
Авансовый платеж в размере 30 (Тридцати) процентов от стоимости Оборудования осуществляется в течение 10 (Десяти) банковских дней с даты зачисления на расчетный счет Покупателя авансового платежа по соответствующему договору, указанному в п. 1.4 Договора.
Окончательный платеж в размере 70 (Семидесяти) процентов от стоимости Оборудования осуществляется в течение 10 (Десяти) банковских дней с даты зачисления на расчетный счет Покупателя окончательного платежа по соответствующему договору, указанному в п. 1.4 Договора на основании подписанной Сторонами товарной накладной на партию Оборудования».
