| Payment terms: | Payment of the license fee for the provision (transfer) of a simple (non-exclusive) software license is carried out by the Licensee monthly within 15 (fifteen) calendar days, in case of conclusion of an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity, within 7 (seven) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Report on the amount of payments made by the Licensee to the Software on the basis of the Invoice issued by the Licensor. Payment for software modification works performed by the Licensor in connection with the implementation of the Licensee's individual requirements shall be paid to the Licensor within 15 (fifteen) calendar days, in case of conclusion of an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity, within 7 (seven) business days, from the date of signing by the Parties of the UPD (universal transfer document). |
