Marketing research is not the auction (auctions, request for proposals, request for quotations) or public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and not impose on the organizer and customer's obligations stipulated by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
The organizer has the right to make changes to the notification of the marketing research and documentation on marketing research in electronic form (order, request in paper form) at any time before the deadline for applications to participate in market research
The organizer has the right to extend the deadline for applications to participate in market research and thus to postpone the date and time of the opening of the procedure (the opening of access to the request) at any time prior to the bids opening procedure (opening access to applications) to participate in market research, as well as to take stock bids examination to change the date of consideration of the proposals of participants of procurement and tabulation of market research.
The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct market research at any time to take stock of its results, as well as the Customer is not obliged to enter into a contract based on the results of market research.
