The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Оплата цены каждой партии Товара осуществляется в течение 15 (Пятнадцати) банковских дней с момента окончания поставки соответствующей партии Товара (подписание Сторонами товарной накладной на партию Товара) на основании счета Поставщика на оплату этой партии Товара.
Все платежи по Договору осуществляются в российских рублях, путем перечисления безналичных денежных средств на расчетные счета Сторон, указанные в Договоре.
Terms of delivery:
Товар поставляется отдельными партиями. Ассортимент, количество и стоимость каждой партии Товара определяется Покупателем в соответствующей заявке и согласуется Поставщиком в порядке, установленном Договором.
Покупатель имеет право уменьшить или увеличить объем заказываемого Товара, указанного в Спецификации (Приложение №1 к Договору).
