The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Payment terms:
Оплата цены каждой партии Товара осуществляется в течение 30 (Тридцати) банковских дней с момента окончания поставки соответствующей партии Товара (подписание Сторонами товарной накладной на партию Товара) на основании счета Поставщика на оплату этой партии Товара.
Все платежи по Договору осуществляются в российских рублях, путем перечисления безналичных денежных средств на расчетные счета Сторон, указанные в Договоре
Terms of delivery:
Товар поставляется отдельными партиями. Ассортимент, количество и стоимость каждой партии Товара определяется Покупателем в соответствующей заявке и согласуется Поставщиком в порядке, установленном Договором.
Покупатель имеет право уменьшить или увеличить объем заказываемого Товара, указанного в Спецификации (Приложение №1 к Договору).
