Payment terms:payment of the total cost of the Agreement is made by the Sublicensee in full on the basis of an invoice and invoice issued by the Licensee, no later than 45 (forty-five) calendar (15 (fifteen) workers for SMEs) days from the date of signing by the Parties the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of Rights and the consignment note (form TORG-12)
