Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment of the Remuneration is carried out by the Sublicensee on the basis of the invoice issued by the Licensee for payment within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act granting the right to use the computer program and providing the Sublicensee with the possibility of working with the Computer Program.
Terms of delivery:
For the proper fulfillment of obligations to grant the right to use the Computer Program, the Licensee must:
1) no later than 10 (Ten) business days from the date of signing the Agreement by the Parties, provide the Sublicensee with 2 (Two) copies of the act on granting the right to use the computer program, signed on their part;
2) before signing the act on granting the right to use the computer program, provide the Sublicensee with the opportunity to work with the Computer Program by providing the Sublicensee with the necessary passwords and access keys.
3) no later than the moment the Sublicensee is provided with an act granting the right to use a computer program, take all the necessary actions and measures to ensure the lawful use of the Computer Program by the Sublicensee in accordance with the rules for using the Computer Program established by the rightholder / owner of the exclusive right.
The right to use the Computer Program is considered granted from the date of signing by the Parties of the act granting the right to use.
