Comments:
1. This request for commercial proposal is directed in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Organizer as part of the commercial request for proposals, which (as well as the procedure itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code, and is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. Commercial offer must fully comply with the requirements / criteria set forth in the Terms of Reference for the supply.
3. Without the provision of all documents specified in the request (or in the case of inadmissibility) the organization will not be allowed to tender.
4. Replacement equipment is only possible subject to agreement with the customer before the deadline.
