Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The customer reserves the right to CHANGE THE QUANTITY of purchased products.

IT IS MANDATORY TO ATTACH A COMMERCIAL OFFER WITH A STRICTLY FIXED PRICE UNTIL THE FULL FULFILLMENT OF OBLIGATIONS.
The commercial offer must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. The status of a manufacturer or official distributor, availability of a license and a licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (working or kalend days, according to the schedule).
3. Warranty period/expiration date.
4. Price including VAT per lot unit (in Russian rubles).
5. THE OFFER MUST BE SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED PERSON.

The agreement will be concluded with Agrofirm Nemsky JSC or APH Doronichi LLC according to the customer's form.

When concluding the contract, it will be necessary to provide a quality certificate, declaration of conformity.

This trading procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
