Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

IT IS MANDATORY TO ATTACH A COMMERCIAL OFFER WITH A STRICTLY FIXED PRICE UNTIL FULL FULFILLMENT OF OBLIGATIONS (delivery 3 week 2022).
The commercial proposal must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. The status of a manufacturer or official distributor, the availability of a license and a licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (working or calend days, according to schedule).
3. Warranty period/expiration date.
4. Price including VAT per lot unit (in Russian rubles).
5. THE PROPOSAL MUST BE SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED PERSON.

The agreement will be concluded with Agrokombinat Krasnogorsky Breeding Plant JSC or Doronichi APH LLC according to the customer's form.

When concluding an agreement, it will be necessary to provide a quality certificate, declaration of conformity

This trading procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose the supplier.
