Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

IT IS MANDATORY TO ATTACH A COMMERCIAL OFFER WITH A STRICTLY FIXED PRICE UNTIL FULL FULFILLMENT OF OBLIGATIONS (delivery July-September 2022).
The commercial offer must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. Supplier status-manufacturer or official distributor, availability of a license and a licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days, according to schedule).
3. Warranty period/expiration date.
4. The cost with VAT per unit of the lot (in Russian rubles).
5. THE OFFER MUST BE SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED PERSON.

The contract will be concluded with JSC Aktion-Agro or LLC APH Doronichi according to the customer's form.

At the conclusion of the contract, it will be necessary to provide a quality certificate, a declaration of conformity.

This trading procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
