Be sure to get familiar with the requirements specification (attached) and attach a completed file when submitting a bid.
Supplement to the requirements specification:
Shipment and acceptance is going to be carried out Mon-Fri, 9:00 - 18:00. The hours of operation of the warehouse should correspond to the above-mentioned working schedule.
3pl operator
Bonded warehouse is required, customs paperwork execution should be available, Т-1, transit. Container tracking and unassisted cargo pick-up from the port.
Cargo delivery to an ultimate buyer
Inventory check one a year
Integration with 1C database is desirable
Warehouse of А, B+ class.
Cargo is going to arrive in containers from port and by trucks (82 m3) from Europe.
The cargo shall be shipped by various means (from cars to large capacity trucks to the European Union, CIS and Russia).

Please, attach a company profile and a commercial proposal when bidding.
This Request for Proposals is not subject to articles 447- 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not constitute a Customer's offer.
The Customer shall have the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason or to terminate the RFP at any time, incurring no liability towards the bidders.
