Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear suppliers!

Requirements for spacecraft:

1) Packaging sets of RIM according to the application for 1 outlet, delivery to 35 RC no later than 22.02.20; on 12 SIA no later than 12.02.20; on 476 TT no later than 28.08.19
2) Possibility to make minor changes to the application.
3) Having our own designer in the staff for the development of ROME design on the basis of the given Key Visual action.
4) Possibility to store spare ROME in the spacecraft warehouse.
5) The Customer has the right to reduce/increase unilaterally the number of ROMs by 30% (both upwards and downwards) from agreed by the parties in this Specification or Order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days prior to the forthcoming changes, but not later than 5 days prior to the forthcoming delivery. However, the remaining terms of delivery, including price and deferred payment terms, remain unchanged.
6) Provision of samples/CPUs, printed sheets before starting mass production or possibility of presence on the set-up Magnet employee.

Submission of quotations only in RUBLES.

The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
