Payment terms:
Payment for the scrap produced in the form of a 100% advance payment within three (3) banking days on the basis of issued invoices of suppliers in the value of expected to be shipped in the current month of scrap metal. Final settlement is made by the Buyer within ten business days from the date of receipt of the invoice for the actual resulting scrap. Payments made by the purchasers of scrap metal in a cashless form by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier. Afternoon performance obligation of the buyer to pay for the scrap metal is considered to be the date of receipt of funds on account of the Supplier
Location and terms of delivery:
Term sales of ferrous scrap - from the moment of signing the contract following 31.12.2019g. The buyer makes the export of scrap metal at his own expense, on their own, and their transport from the Supplier's warehouse. The moment of transfer of ownership of the delivered scrap metal be the date of the consignment note form TORG-12, the date of consignment notes must comply with the dates acceptance certificates prescribed form within a month, appointed by the Purchaser in the day of shipment. Supplier's obligation to transfer to the Buyer of scrap metal, considered fulfilled from the day of signing by the parties acceptance report of the established form. The buyer is obliged to export scrap metal shipment within 10 working days from date of the Supplier invoice for advance payment, upon payment of the invoice. - A copy of the license to carry out activities of harvesting, storage, processing and imple-tion of ferrous scrap, non-ferrous metals. (Valid until 31.12.2019g or more).
- Copy of certificate of state registration;
- Copy of certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Copies of constituent documents of the participant purchases (for legal entities);
- Copies of documents confirming the existence of points of reception of scrap
- A copy of the vehicle registration or rental agreement;
- Copies of documents confirming the availability of equipment for loading and unloading.
