Payment terms:
100% prepayment to the account of the Supplier within 10 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Export of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer within 10 business days after 100% prepayment

Russian Federation, Novosibirsk region, Iskitim district, Industrial site of the Novosibirsk electrode plant.
Obligatory pickup of products by the buyer’s transport from the supplier’s warehouse.
Comments: This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of confidence to verify the integrity of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier independently fulfilling delivery obligations, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the availability of property or on a right of lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tool / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
