In addition to the KP, the proposal should include the following legal documents in the composition:
- Certificate of State Registration of legal entity;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- extract from the Unified State Register of legal entities with a period of not more than one month;
- Charter and (or) constituent agreement;
- decision (order) on appointment to the position of the head of the Organization;
- document confirming the powers of the signatory person on the part of the counterparty;
- document confirming the presence of the organization at the place of registration (certificate of ownership of the premises, lease agreement (sublease), other document);
This RFP is not a contest (announcement of bidding), and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Also, this RFP is not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the second Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of the request does not impose on the tender organizer the corresponding volume of civil-legal obligations.
The text of this RFP, including all annexes and additions, is not an offer, an invitation to participate in tenders, the proposal of the tender organizer to conclude a contract, and, is a definition of needs and an invitation to submit a commercial Proposal to ensure these needs.
Publication of this RFP, preparation and submission of the proposal and subsequent evaluation by the tender organizer does not oblige the organizer to enter into a contract or pay bills.

The proposal submitted by the company in response to this RFP, as well as any subsequent submissions by the company in response to requests for additional information, will be considered as an offer. By submitting a proposal, the company agrees that all materials related to the proposal attached to it, or to which the proposal refers, may be included in subsequent contractual agreements between the company and the companies that Represents the tender Organizer. The validity of the submitted offers cannot be less than 30 calendar days.
The tender organizer reserves the right to negotiate a contract with more than one company, if it is in his interests.

The terms of this RFP and all related documents, as well as the results of meetings and negotiations should be considered by the company as confidential information and information constituting a commercial secret. Such information should only be used for the purpose of responding to RFP. Access to RFP of third parties and/or subcontractors is inadmissible without the prior consent of the organizer.
Any information disclosed by the company in response to this RFP will be considered confidential and will not be used by the organizer in any way that will identify the source of the information.
