Payment terms:The tender is held to reduce the initial cost of SSR put up for the tender (in Approl. 1.3. to TZ)
In the commercial offer (Apt. 3) the Participant proposes a single reduction factor to the SSR, which will be fixed in the contract with the winner and applied to all local estimates (the consolidated estimate of the calculation) when determining the initial price of the contract and later when calculating the final price of the contract.

Advance is made for the purchase of materials in the amount of not more than 30% of the estimated cost. The remainder within 30 days from the date of signature of the Act (CC) by both parties.
Delivery terms:According to the Terms of Reference (Appendix 1 to the Notice), Working Documentation (Appendix 1.1.), Statement of Works (Appendix 1.2 to TK) LSR (Appendix 1.3. to TK),

Works are carried out on the territory of an operating enterprise — a dangerous production facility.

All work related to delivery, assembly of materials, equipment and machinery is provided by the contractor.

Comments:
In the absence of proposals for the tender within the estimated cost (according to LSR Apt. 1.2.), the Customer will consider the LSR proposed by the Participants.
For commercial negotiations on the cost and terms of cooperation will be invited to the Participants who have offered the LSR with a lower deviation from the cost of the LSR of the Customer (Apt. 1,2.).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
