We invite you to take part in the procurement procedure to choose a supplier(s) for the extension of technical support and scaling of the Garda DB software for the needs of JSC Thunder facilities (Magnit Retail Chain) (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
Offers are accepted only in rubles.
It is possible to submit alternative proposals.

EDS is not required

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the tender procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procedure of all affiliated participants.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
