Comments:
1. IN THE EVENT OF THE DELIVERY OF THE DELIVERY TIME BY SEVERAL APPLICATIONS, THE EXISTING AGREEMENT WILL BE DISCONTINUED, WITH THIS SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL THE FOLLOWING TENDER LLC.

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR DELIVERY:
- the availability of storage facilities in Astrakhan (incl. ref. camera), in case of an unexpected change in the schedule of the fleet, and the inability to receive food on board the vessel in a timely manner;
- experience in the supply of similar items to shipping companies in the Russian Federation;
- the possibility of delivering goods on board the vessel 24/7 during the term of the supply agreement.

3. The expected volume of consumption is included in the procurement documentation for this request for proposals (its full selection is not guaranteed, it may also be exceeded). At the same time, the cost must be formed from the calculation of the minimum supply - 10-15 thousand rubles.

4. Food is delivered on board the applicant ship. The quantity and list of requested items is reflected in the application of the applicant ship.

5. The delivery time of food products on board the applicant ship is within 3 calendar days from the receipt of the relevant ship's application. It is necessary to take into account that the exact date of the ship's call at the port, as a result of the delivery date, the customer will inform the supplier per day.

6. The place of mooring of vessels is located on the territory of a sensitive facility; access control is in effect. Registration of an entry pass is the responsibility of the supplier.

7. Delivered food products must comply with the quality standards applicable in the Russian Federation with GOST, TU, biomedical requirements and sanitary standards for the quality of food raw materials and food products, as well as meet the requirements established by the Federal Law of 02.01.2000 No. 29-FZ "On Quality and food safety. " The remaining shelf life at the time of delivery to the Customer should be at least 75% of the total shelf life.

8. The planned period for concluding a supply contract is July-September 2020. with fixing prices until the end of the contract. With the possibility of prolonging the contract for the 4th quarter of 2020.

9. Please ask all questions regarding the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

7. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form.

10. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL indicating the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure.

11. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
