Comments:
1. IF THE SUPPLIER BREACHES THE DELIVERY DEADLINE FOR MULTIPLE BIDS, THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED AND THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED ON THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS BY GLOBAL-FLOT& LLC quot;.

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLY APPLICANTS:
- availability of storage facilities in the Kaliningrad region (incl. camera), in case of unexpected changes in the fleet schedule, and inability to receive food on board in a timely manner;
- the ability to ship on board 24/7 for the duration of the delivery contract.

3. It should be taken into account that the Supplier must carry out the appropriate customs clearance prior to the delivery of the food on board the applicant vessel. This requirement applies to vessels conducting maritime operations in the MLSP D-6 area.

2. Food is delivered on board the claimant vessel. The number and list of names requested is reflected in the claimant vessel's application.

3. Delivery time for food on board the applicant vessel is within 3 calendar days of receipt of the relevant ship request.

4. Expected consumption is included in the procurement documents for this request for quotation (full sample is not guaranteed and may be exceeded). At the same time, the cost should be calculated based on the minimum delivery - 10-15 thousand rubles.

5. The ship's mooring place is located on the territory of the security facility and is in operation.

6. The planned delivery contract period is Q4 2021 with price fixing until the end of the contract. With the possibility to extend the contract to Q1 2020.

7. The food supplied must conform to the quality of the Russian GOST, TU, medical and biological requirements and health standards of food raw materials and foodstuffs, and also meet the requirements established by Federal Act No. 29-FZ of January 2, 2000 on Food Quality and Safety. The residual shelf life at the time of delivery to the Customer shall be at least 75% of the total shelf life.

8s. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

9. Participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire before opening the envelopes.

10s. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER indicating the delivery date, as well as signed by the authorized person and certified with the seal of the participating organization of this procedure.

11. If a participant fails or improperly complies with this requirement, the Procedure Organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's proposal.
Vendor offer expires at least 30 days.

Note: This Request for Proposals is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
