Comments:
1. IF THE SUPPLIER VIOLATES THE DELIVERY DEADLINE FOR SEVERAL APPLICATIONS, THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED, AND THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS OF GLOBAL FLEET LLC.

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR DELIVERY:
- availability of storage facilities in Astrakhan (incl. ref.camera), in case of an unforeseen change in the schedule of the fleet, and the impossibility of timely acceptance of food on board the vessel;
- experience in the supply of similar items to the addresses of shipping companies in the territory of the Russian Federation;
- the possibility of delivering goods on board the ship 24/7 during the term of the delivery contract.

3. The expected volume of consumption is included in the procurement documentation for this request for proposals (its full sample is not guaranteed, it may also be exceeded). At the same time, the cost must be formed from the calculation of the minimum delivery - 10-15 thousand rubles.

4. Food is delivered on board the applicant vessel. The number and list of requested names are reflected in the application of the applicant vessel.

5. The delivery time of food products on board the applicant vessel is within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant ship's application. At the same time, it should be taken into account that the exact date of the vessel's entry into the port, as a consequence, the delivery date, the customer will inform the supplier a day in advance.

6. The mooring place of the vessels is located on the territory of the security facility, the access regime is in effect. Registration of an entry pass, PCR test, vaccination of personnel is the supplier's area of responsibility.

7. The supplied food products must comply with the quality of GOST, TU, medical and biological requirements and sanitary standards for the quality of food raw materials and food products, as well as meet the requirements established by Federal Law No. 29-FZ of 02.01.2000 "On the quality and safety of food products". The remaining shelf life at the time of delivery to the Customer must be at least 75% of the total shelf life.

8. The planned period for concluding the supply contract is the 2nd quarter of 2023 with price fixing until the end of the contract. With the possibility of prolongation of the contract for the 3rd quarter of 2023.

9. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

10. The participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes.

11. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER indicating the delivery date, as well as signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure.

12. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
