Comments:
1. IF THE SUPPLIER VIOLATES THE DELIVERY DEADLINE FOR SEVERAL BIDS, THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED, AND THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS OF GLOBAL FLEET LLC.

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR SUPPLY:
- availability of storage facilities in Astrakhan (incl. ref.camera), in case of unforeseen changes in the schedule of the fleet, and the impossibility of timely acceptance of food products on board the vessel;
- experience in the supply of similar items to the addresses of shipping companies in the territory of the Russian Federation;
- the possibility of delivering goods on board the ship 24/7 during the term of the delivery contract.

3. The expected volume of consumption is included in the biddocumentation for this request for proposals (its full sample is not guaranteed, it may also be exceeded). At the same time, the cost must be formed based on the calculation of the minimum delivery - 10-15 thousand rubles.

4. Food is delivered on board the applicant vessel. The number and list of requested items are reflected in the bid of the applicant vessel.

5. The term of delivery of food products on board the applicant vessel is within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant ship bid. It should be noted that the exact date of the ship's entry into the port, as a consequence of the date of delivery, the customer will inform the supplier in a day.

6. The place of mooring of vessels is located on the territory of a high-security facility, the access regime is in effect. Registration of an entry pass, PCR test (upon possible request), vaccination of personnel is the supplier's area of responsibility.

7. The supplied food products must comply in quality with the GOST, technical specifications, medical and biological requirements and sanitary standards for the quality of food raw materials and food products in the Russian Federation, as well as meet the requirements established by Federal Law No. 29-FZ dated 01/02/2000 "On the Quality and Safety of Food Products". The remaining shelf life at the time of delivery to the Customer must be at least 75% of the total shelf life.

8. The planned period for concluding the supply contract is the 2nd quarter of 2024 with price fixing until the end of the contract. With the possibility of prolongation of the contract for the 3rd quarter of 2024.

9. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).

10. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire before the bids opening.

11. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER indicating the delivery date, as well as signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Bidder organization of this procedure.

12. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
The validity period of the suppliers' offer is at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
