Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Offered by the supplier. Competitive bids must contain the final price offer, taking into account all the Contractor's expenses for the delivery of Goods to the Customer on pickup terms. All prices and amounts in the offer must be indicated in rubles. Finally, the amount of the advance payment is determined by the proposal of the Applicant and by the result of the tender procedure.
The final payment is made upon delivery and acceptance of the Goods, after signing the consignment note (in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12, UPD). The amount of the final payment is determined by the Bidder's proposal and by the result of the tender procedure.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out on the terms of pickup with packing (by the Supplier) in the containers provided by REF40 or REF20 from the Buyer.

All Products offered must be certified and have a veterinary certificate.
