Requirements for applications and participants of the request:
1. The company that performs the design and construction industries should have their specialists from the national registry of specialists in the field of design and construction in accordance with the requirements of the FZ-372 dated 03.07.2016 "on the introduction of CHANGES IN THE TOWN PLANNING CODE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND CERTAIN LEGISLATIVE ACTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ".
2. Companies provide confirmation of the official dealer of authority from the manufacturer for the supply and maintenance of generating equipment in Russia.
3. Experience of realization of similar projects (from 2012)
4. The availability of the necessary licenses (required to perform the work in accordance with TK).
5. Visit of representatives of the Executive Director on the platform of the customer (Yaroslavl)
6. The participant undertakes to arrange visits of earlier handed in objects
7. All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services.

This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
If the contractor accepts the bid, it agrees in case of declaring the winner to conclude an agreement on the form of JSC «Kordiant».
