Delivery terms:The scope and list of works includes, but is not limited to, the composition listed below. The works are carried out by the Contractor in full,
"turnkey", by the Contractor's forces, means and mechanisms, including all necessary consumables and related expenses.
1. Development of technical documentation, including:
- study of materials of previously performed engineering-geological
surveys of the natural foundation and tests of physical and mechanical properties of soils;
- development of the section of the working documentation "Reinforced concrete structures.
Floors", which includes the design part, according to loads, and standard solutions according to Appendix B, working drawings of reinforcement, sheets,
nodes, device nodes of all types, i.e. a complete set of working documentation necessary to perform work on the installation
of reinforced concrete floors and the base for them. Coordination with the Customer and
General Designer
- technological regulations or PPR for the restoration of artificial
crushed stone foundation and monolithic reinforced concrete floors, including measures to ensure quality control during production and acceptance of works, safety and labor protection.- coordination of documentation with the Customer and the General Designer
2. Restoration/installation of the crushed stone base to the design
marks from local, suitable for filling and compaction to the necessary
parameters of materials – SHPS/PGS. Including the necessary earthworks, procurement, delivery, provision of input quality control of materials, laying, sealing, testing, technical and geodetic
support, step-by-step assembly, preparation of executive
documentation, delivery of works to the technical supervision of the Customer and all necessary work on the preparation of the foundation, according to the approved RD,
PPR, Technical specifications of the Customer and Customer requirements.
3. The device of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Including purchase, delivery, unloading, provision of input quality control of materials,
laying, sealing, maintenance, testing, technical and geodetic support, step-by-step assembly, preparation of executive
documentation, delivery of works to the technical supervision of the Customer and all necessary works and materials for the installation of a monolithic reinforced concrete floor slab, according to the approved RD, PPR, Technical specifications of the Customer and Customer requirements.
The minimum daily performance standards for concreting slabs are at least 2500m2 per day.
According to the Customer's decision, part or the full volume of materials
listed in the Statement of Work Volumes can be delivered
By the customer, as a tolling material. The obligation, in this
case, for entrance control, acceptance, unloading, moving to the place of work, completeness, protection and safety of material and
property, etc., remains with the Contractor

Requirements for materials
and development of technical documentation:
1. The
crushed stone base is made of local materials
suitable for filling and compaction to the
required required parameters – SHPS / PGS.
2.
Separation layer / waterproofing of PE film with a
thickness of 200 mm, with an overlap of 200 mm and
sizing of seams.
3. Monolithic concrete slab with
a thickness of 200 mm made of concrete of class
B30, F100, W6 according to GOST 26633-2015,
concrete mixture according to a special low-shrink
formulation, with a minimum water-cement ratio,
the presence
of weak fractions in the mixture is
not allowed, the workability grade of the concrete
mixture PZ(P4) according to GOST 7473-2010.

Loads on the floors.
The warehouse
is equipped with 7-tier prefabricated racks
with
floor storage of goods of the 1st (lower)
tier.
- concentrated load from a double support
(middle rack racks) –
2 x 7.9 tons;
- evenly
distributed load on floors up to 10 tons/m2

dynamic loads: movement of loaders with a gross
weight of up to 9 tons;
- the intensity of
mechanical impacts on floors is "Very significant"
in
accordance with SP 29.13330.2011 (Table. 1); it
is supposed to move lifting equipment with a gross
weight of up to 6 tons with an intensity of more
than 500 passes on the 1st track per day;
- there
are zones of very intense mechanical impacts,
where in a limited space, about 10x10m, a wheel
loader unfolds on
one track up to 200 times a day.
In these areas, in the future, an additional
polymer coating will be made to increase the
service life of the floor surface.
- For the
installation of the induction power supply wire
for narrow-passers, it is planned to cut through
the floor plate. It is necessary to take this into
account when calculating and designing
the base
and floor plate for strength and crack
resistance.
- the intensity of the impact of
liquids on the floors according to clause 4.4. SP
29.13330.2011:
- The expedition zone is "average"
– periodic moistening of the floor, in which
the
surface of the floor covering is wet or wet; the
floor covering is impregnated with liquids;
liquids flow down the floor surface
periodically;
- the rest of the warehouse is
"small" – insignificant impact of liquids
on the
floor, in which the surface of the floor covering
is dry or slightly wet; the floor covering is not
impregnated with liquids; cleaning of premises
with water pouring is not carried out;
Floor
washing - without filling water and with the use
of detergents and care products.
Requirements for
the device of the base.
1. The base transferred
for the Contractor's work is a sand/soil
cement-stabilized base made in two layers of 400
mm. The existing relative mark, approximately
-0.250. The stabilized base was completed more
than 1 year ago, before the start of work on the
construction
of the warehouse building.
2. Before
the start of the work, coordinate the PPR and a
detailed schedule of work with the Customer.
3.
Before the start of work, perform a verification
geodetic survey of the existing foundation.
4.
Before starting work, perform tests of the
transferred base with a static stamp, according to
the requirements of DIN 18134 and GOST 20276-2012,
using a stamp with a diameter of at least 700 mm.
Carry out at least 1 test
per 6000 m2. Tests are
carried out by the Contractor's laboratory, a
representative of the Customer's technical
supervision is invited to all tests. The
mechanical characteristics of the embankment must
comply with the parameters specified in the
working documentation for the floors.
5. If
necessary, the foundation is restored to the
design mark. The embankment is made of local PGS
/SHPS, with mechanical characteristics sufficient
to obtain the required parameters, with
layer-by-layer compaction by heavy ground rollers
with vibration.
Work on the restoration of the
foundation is coordinated with the Customer.
6.
After completing the work on the foundation
device, perform control tests with a static stamp,
according to the requirements of DIN 18134 and
GOST 20276-2012, using a stamp with a diameter of
at least 700 mm. Carry out at least 1 test per
1000 m2. Tests are carried out by the Contractor's
laboratory, a representative of technical
supervision is invited to all tests

The mechanical characteristics of the embankment
directly under the concrete
floor slab must comply
with the parameters set out in the Working
Documentation for the floors.
7. To check the
evenness of the base, a geodetic survey is carried
out, in increments of 3.0 x 3.0 meters. Tolerances
for evenness: +5mm, -10mm.
Requirements for the
device of a monolithic reinforced concrete floor
slab.
1. To ensure the constant presence of the
technologist at the concrete assembly, to control
and adjust the recipe of the concrete mixture
during shipment.
2. Before the start of concreting
work, protect all vertical surfaces (sandwich
panels, walls, columns, gates, etc.) with a
polyethylene film to a height of about 1.5 m, to
protect against contamination and damage during
the work. At the end of the work, the plastic film
should be dismantled.
3. Operational control of
concrete strength is carried out by indirect
non-destructive testing methods (ultrasound, etc.)
according to GOST 18105-2010, GOST 22690-2015.
4.
Quality control of concrete in structures. For
each batch of concrete, perform sampling of the
concrete mixture, according to the requirements of
GOST 10180-2012
– produce control samples in
certified (calibrated) forms
that meet the
requirements of GOST 22685. Storage and hardening
of control samples should be carried out in
accordance with GOST 18105-2018, tests
of control
samples should be carried out in the laboratory,
together with a representative
of the Customer's
technical supervision. Test reports should be
attached to the set of executive documentation.
5.
To lay and align the concrete mix with
vibration
using the latest generation Somero laser
concrete paver or similar equipment.
6. Laying and
maintenance of concrete should be carried out
according to the requirements of SP70.13330.2012,
SP 435.1325800.2018.
7. It is forbidden to water
the floor surface during grout of concrete with
grout machines.
8. Timely perform cutting of
shrinkage joints, with a seam cutter with
automatic water supply, according to the
requirements of the RD, do not allow chipping
of
the edges of concrete. When cutting, protect the
structure from contamination with a film.
9.
Perform cleaning, priming and filling the grooves
of temperature-shrinkage and structural joints
with materials according to RD.
Requirements for
the evenness and acceptance of monolithic
reinforced concrete floor slabs.
1. The flatness
and horizontality of the finished concrete floor
must meet
the requirements of the FM2 Special
standard "Concrete industrial ground floors.
Technical report №34 3rd edition».
2. The zero
mark measured at any point on the floor surface
must be within +-10mm of the 0.000 mark.
3. Cyclic
irregularity within 200mm is not allowed.
4. In
order to deliver the completed works to the
Customer, the Contractor provides measurement of
the indicators required by TR34 together with a
representative of the Customer's technical
supervision. According to the results, a report
on
the measurements performed is issued.
Special
requirements
1. All work is done "turnkey" with
materials and forces
Contractor. The cost of work
includes temporary lighting, wheel washing point
and its maintenance, accommodation and meals for
personnel, installation of temporary roads,
networks and structures, sanitary facilities and
their maintenance, installation of temporary
fences, scaffolding, ladders, struts and temporary
fixing of the walls of pits and trenches,
maintenance and maintenance of the production site
work and approaches to it, and other measures
necessary for the safe production of work;
consumables, overlaps, overlaps and joints of
materials, travel
expenses, materials and
equipment for laying, maintenance and heating of
concrete,
personal protective equipment for
safety, snow cleaning, drainage, collection,
removal and disposal of garbage, safety materials,
equipment and property, obtaining and developing
the necessary accompanying documents for the
production of works and other costs necessary for
the successful completion of work within the time
limits set by the contract and with the quality
corresponding to the requirements of the Customer,

Documentation.
2. When building an object, follow
the RD-11-02-2006 regarding the composition and
list of acts of inspection of works and
structures, phased
delivery of works and sets of
Executive documentation to the representative
of
the technical supervision of the Customer.
3.
During and after the completion of the work, it is
necessary to
clean the territory and remove
garbage.
4. Any changes in the composition and
content of the work, the
equipment and materials
used are documented in writing
and sent to the
Customer for consideration.
5. Payment for the
work performed is made for the amount of work
actually performed, on the basis of executive
documentation, with confirmation
by technical
supervision and a surveyor of the customer. The
volumes and cost
of the work performed are closed
"in the body", i.e. taking into account the
coefficient of compaction,
decompression, spills,
losses during transportation
and
unloading/loading, overlaps, scraps, overlaps,
coefficient for
irreparable losses, coefficient of
metal deposition, etc. should be included in the
cost of the work
