The procedure for conducting the trade and procurement procedure:
1. Stage 1. Collection of technical proposals of participants for the qualification selection.
2. According to the results of the qualification selection, a new trade and procurement procedure will be announced among the participants who have passed the qualification selection. In this procedure, the collection of commercial offers will take place.
3. Following the results of the collection of commercial proposals, a rebidding will take place within the framework of the announced trade and procurement procedure.

The list of documents required to participate in the current collection of technical proposals for the qualification selection:
1. A Notice filled out on an official letterhead, signed by the head, certified with the seal of the organization
2. A detailed technical proposal containing a list and description of the proposed equipment
3. Completed, signed by the head, certified by the seal of the organization qualification questionnaire with the attachment of supporting documents
4. Approved management structure
5. Staffing table
6. IFNS reference on the staff number
7. The charter of the organization
8. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
9. A document confirming the status of the organization in relation to the manufacturer of the main technological equipment (manufacturer / official representative of the manufacturer, distributor, official dealer)
10. Confirmation of the availability of own personnel to perform the work:
- Scans of valid certificates (certificates) based on the results of training of each declared specialist;
- Scans of job descriptions of relevant specialists
11 Accounting statements for the last reporting period with a notice of entry and a receipt for admission
12 Reference list with the relevant objects indicating the name of the work performed, the amount of work under the contract, the Customer's requesits under the contract (full name, position, phone number of the Customer's representative)
