Payment terms:Платежи в размере 100% от стоимости общего объема работ выплачиваются Заказчиком в течение 45 (сорока пяти) календарных дней после получения Подрядчиком положительного заключения экспертизы проектно-сметной документации, предоставления его Заказчику и подписания акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ, в том числе после выполнения земельно-кадастровых работ.
Подрядчик обязан оформить первичные документы (акты оказанных услуг, акты приема-передачи, товарные накладные и пр. первичные документы в зависимости от предмета договора) в соответствие с п.2 ст. 9 Федерального закона от 06.12.2011 №402-ФЗ «О бухгалтерском учете» (в действующей редакции). Подрядчик гарантирует, что первичные документы, выставленные в адрес Заказчика, утверждены им в соответствие с п. 4 ст.9 Федерального закона от 06.12.2011 №402-ФЗ «О бухгалтерском учете» (в действующей редакции).
В случае если стоимость проектных работ по утвержденной проектно-сметной документации оказалась ниже договорной, окончательный расчет выполняется с корректировкой.
