Delivery terms:The Procedure will take place in two stages:
1. Request for prices and offers
2. Providing and reviewing the manufacturer's product samples
3. With The Seller is a Contract for delivery of the standard form of the Buyer, if necessary with the signing of the Protocol of disagreement.
4. Delivery to the Buyer's warehouses is carried out by Seller. The Price must include shipping costs. List of restaurants attached.
Delivery is also required in the REGIONS and franchise restaurants (list attached).
5. Prices indicate VAT 20%
6. Delivery to the restaurant is free
7. The Prices proposed in the course of the request for proposals must be fixed on a certain batch
8. The Quality and prices of the proposed package should correspond to the provided samples.
9. Annual volume provided in each specification
10. List of Restaurants provided
11. Model Supply Contract provided
12. We consider alternative options for manufacturers/suppliers who do not have their own logistics. In this case, in the Price column, please specify the price with VAT 20% excluding delivery, and in the comment necessarily indicate this (MANUFACTURER/DELIVERY NO)
