The necessary set of documents for the conclusion of the contract:
1. The Charter of the Company with all registered amendments and additions;
2. Certificate of state registration of an organization or a list of entries in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
3. Certificate of registration with the tax authority of a legal entity (if available);
4. The decision of the founder or the authorized body on the election of the head;
5. The order on taking office of the head and the order on appointment of the chief accountant;
6. Business license (if the business of the organization is subject to licensing);
7. Accounting statements of the organization as of the last reporting date (with receipts for acceptance by the tax authority of annual reports);
8. Tax reporting (income tax return, VAT) for the last reporting period (with receipts for acceptance by the tax authority);
9. Certificate of the status of settlements on taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines, interest of organizations and individual entrepreneurs (Form according to CND 1160080), issued not earlier less than 30 days before the date of conclusion of the contract;
