Comments:
Requirements:
- Use of the Contractor's own material and technical resources and staff to carry out all necessary work. Proven experience in performing such work (confirmation letters from Contractors to whom such work was provided, indicating contact persons for providing feedback) ;
- Carrying out the actual continuous recalculation of goods and materials;
- Formation and registration of inventory results in accordance with current legislation and provision of signed documents specified in clause 2.6 of the TOR;

Special conditions:
- Availability of qualified personnel participating in the inventory with proven experience (resume), located on the staff of the enterprise;
- Information obtained during the inventory process by the Contractor's representatives is considered confidential and cannot be transferred to third parties;
- The availability of competencies and knowledge in the identification and counting of goods and materials.
The competence of employees must be confirmed by the contractor and agreed with the customer no later than 5 days before the start of work. The confirmation can be documents confirming work experience:
- extracts from workbooks;
- qualification certificates;
- training certificates, etc.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
