Окончательный расчет, за вычетом выданного аванса, Заказчик производит Исполнителю в течение 15 рабочих дней после подписания Сторонами Акта оказанных услуг, получения Заказчиком счета на оплату и счета-фактуры, оформленного в полном соответствии с требованиями налогового законодательства.
