Dear ladies and gentlemen!

The company T2 Mobile (brand Tele2) announces pre-qualification selection on the procedure for selecting contractors for a complex of works on concluding long-term lease agreements.

Based on the results of this procedure, it is planned to form a list of companies that will be sent an offer to participate in the tender for the right to conclude a contract.

To participate in this qualification, legal entities registered on the territory of the Russian Federation are allowed.
In order to participate in RFI, you must provide the following documents:
1. Agreement on non-disclosure of confidential information (signature.)
2. Application form (signature, stamp)
3. List of documents on the list
4. Contractor's guide (contact information about your company)

This notice is of an informative nature and is not an offer to conclude a contract, as defined in art. 435-437 Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Qualification selection is also not a contest, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFI request procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of Part II of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFI request procedure does not impose a corresponding amount of civil obligations on Tele2.
Tele2 does not have any obligations to conclude any contracts with the organizations that sent the above package of documents.
A potential counterparty who provides the Tele2 qualification package in accordance with this notice is responsible for paying any costs for preparing the package of documents.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
