| Payment terms: | payment is made in stages as the Works are performed in accordance with the Work Schedule on the basis of the Contractor’s account by bank transfer of funds to the Contractor’s bank account within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the results of the work performed for each stage.
