Payment terms:The basis for the calculation is the act of acceptance of services rendered, signed by the two sides, invoice and expense. Payments for rendered services hereunder are made between the customer and the supplier of finished and undelivered services on the basis of signed act of acceptance of services rendered and the submission by the Contractor to the Customer all necessary documents for payment. Customer shall pay within 45 (forty five) calendar days after the acceptance of the result of the rendered services.
At the end of services, Parties are required to produce a reconciliation of payments for obligations arising from the contract executed.
Artist is signed by the customer payment reconciliation report the form of Appendix № 4 to the Treaty (hereinafter - reconciliation report) created at the last day of the month of the last quarter, in 2 copies.
Customer within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of an act of reconciliation signed the act of reconciliation and return one copy to the Contractor or, if there is disagreement, send to the Executor signed disagreements.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
