Payment for the work performed will be made within 30 calendar days after completion. Advance payments are not provided for organizations that have no experience of working with JSC Ruzkhimmash.

Comments: 1) cleaning and removal of construction waste, as well as the return of used materials is carried out by the Contractor;
2) works are carried out in accordance with applicable regulatory documents;
3) warranty period - at least 5 years from the date of signing the acts of the KS-2, KS-3 forms.
4) before issuing a commercial proposal, clarify the volume of construction and installation work independently, with a visit to the object; Confirm the cost of the costs with a local estimate in the WinRIK program. When drawing up the estimate, use the Methodology approved by the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation on 08/04/2020. No. 421 / pr.
Works are delivered on a turnkey basis. A subsequent change (increase) in the cost of work is not allowed.
5) The Customer pays for the Contractor's work upon the provision of the following documents: a certificate of the cost of the work performed, drawn up according to the unified form No.KS-3, drawn up on the basis of the acceptance certificate drawn up according to the unified form No.KS-2, and when submitting a report on the consumption of basic materials in construction according to unified form No. M-29.
In this case, the Contractor must provide the Customer with copies of the invoices in the form of TORG-12, an invoice, TTN and (or) UPD, certified by the chief accountant of the contracting organization. The price of the actual purchase cost and transportation costs must be reflected in the acceptance certificates for work performed in the form of KS-2, indicating the details of the documents for the purchase of materials and equipment between the contractor and the supplier.
6) The customer, who has agreed to the contractor to replace the material or equipment, has the right to object to the cost of the work performed, if the Contractor, who used cheaper materials with the consent of the Customer, presents for payment for the work in full. The difference in cost that is detected is not the Contractor's savings. Acceptance certificates of completed work KS-2 and certificates of the KS-3 form must be brought in line with the actually performed work and the materials used
Provide with a commercial offer:
1) local estimate (developed in the WinRIC program, taking into account the Methodology approved by the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation on 08/04/2020, No. 421 / pr.);
2) an extract from the Register of SRO members;
3) referent list of completed works (for the last 3 years);
4) certificate of mechanical equipment (availability of construction bases, real estate, special equipment, vehicles, etc.);
5) personnel certificate (indicating the number of personnel working under employment contracts).
