| Payment terms: | for small and medium-sized businesses: Payment is made within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the moment the Customer receives documents for payment and documents confirming the proper performance by the Contractor of obligations under the Agreement, including in terms of quality requirements (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration). The form of payment is bank transfer. The moment of payment is considered to be the transfer of funds to the correspondent account of the bank serving the Contractor.
