7. The eligibility criteria to the Contractor

9 Requirements for the terms of payment:
9.1 Payment after receipt of accounting documentation and acceptance Act of rendered services for each stage separately, no later than 20 calendar days from receipt of invoice.
9.2 The original invoice and two copies of the certificate of acceptance of rendered services transmitted by the Executive Representative of the customer or sent by mail.
